Return and Refund policy
We want you to feel 100% confident when making purchases on signled.eu. We will accept for credit any item that has not been opened, is unused and is still new, once returned within 7 days. We will not accept returns on the basis of a change of mind. Should you have reason to return an item please enclose your – Name, Address, and Order Number. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and must include all parts to be eligible for the refund. Product packaging must not be torn, stickers and/or labels must not be removed, and items must still have their tags on them. Returned items must not have been used.
Items that are received after the 7 day returns period may be eligible for a credit note, subject to receiving the goods within 30 days of order being placed.
•Signled.eu will not pay any carriage fees for returns unless they are warranty returns within the specified period. Any other carriage fees being sought by the buyer must be requested in writing before the item it returned to us.
•Returned goods that we receive which do not meet the above criteria in relation to original packaging and being in an unused condition will be considered as ‘In Dispute’. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days from their receipt back to us.
•During our busy periods please allow up to 12 Working days for refunds to be processed, normally refunds are processed within 7 days of their delivery to us.
•All returns must be accompanied with the purchaser’s Name, Address, and Order Number to facilitate us to process your refund promptly.
